Who this is for

For clients, couples, groups, and practitioners.

Mozaic may be a fit for people seeking therapeutic support around depression, anxiety, grief, life transition, relational repair, spiritual experience, personal transformation, or a desire to try something beyond traditional therapeutics.

It may also be a fit for practitioners who want to better understand psychedelic-assisted work through direct experience and integration-oriented training.

About

Clinical experience, integrative practice.

Mozaic Integrative Therapies was founded by Kim Gershon, a licensed clinician trained in both social work and psychology with over 30 years of experience.

Her clinical experience includes work with adolescents, adults, families, groups, and couples, with a focus on supporting people through complex emotional, relational, and developmental processes.

The practice brings together psychotherapy, preparation, integration, and carefully held therapeutic journeys for expanded-state work.

Care and fit

Not every mode is right for every person.

Preparation, and fit are part of the work. The goal is not to rush toward an experience, but to understand what kind of support is appropriate.

Readiness

Explore your history, current supports, intentions, and possible contraindications before choosing a program.

Preparation

Establish expectations, consent, boundaries, logistics, and the therapeutic focus of the experience.

Integration

Give time and structure to what emerges afterward so insights can be understood and applied. While the experience can be deeply meaningful, its only with integration that it can be behavior changing and potentially transformative.

“Shards of glass can cut and wound or magnify a vision. Mosaic celebrates brokenness and the beauty of being brought together.”

— Terry Tempest Williams
